Job Description

As a Facilities Lead at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing facilities-related strategies and processes for the Pune Medtronic MiniMed site. Your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for one of the following areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing, or real estate coordination. - Working closely with company and/or vendor representatives to coordinate major facility constructions or modifications, leasing, and real estate activities. - Utilizing a range of abilities and skills such as Contract Administration, Financial Status Tracking, Quality Systems Support, Project Support, Energy Monitoring, Software and Digital Skills, as well as Soft and Hard Facility Services Support. In this role, you will be a recognized expert with considerable autonomy in managing large projects or processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to defining the direction for new products, processes, and operational plans based on business strategy, with a significant impact on work group results. The problems you will face are difficult, moderately complex, and require detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation. You will develop solutions independently and implement them effectively. Your required knowledge and experience include: - High School Diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience in facilities services operations, or equivalent experience. - Alternatively, an associate's degree with 7+ years" experience, or a Baccalaureate Degree with 5+ years" experience.
