Facilities Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Executive to oversee and manage our organization's facility operations. The Facilities Executive is charge of coordinating and supervising a team of facility staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and support staff. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring proper functioning, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and cleanliness issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Well-informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in facilities management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to assign tasks and monitor their execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and maintenance standards and take necessary actions to address any deficiencies.
• Updating of facilities checklist, records, and scheduling and managing the operations according to weekly, fortnightly, and monthly are a must.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems and Exposure to HT connections is an added advantage.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.

Skills Required:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, Saturdays, and across different branches in Chennai, and to handle emergencies or unexpected issues as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any degree (regular).
• 2019 to 2024 graduates with a minimum of 60% in all academics
• HSC is mandatory.
• No gaps of any kind.
