Job Description

As a Facilities Executive at Work Dynamics, your role involves prioritizing the facilities needs and overseeing the property's day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are well-covered. Continuous improvement in processes is key in your responsibilities. Your responsibilities also include managing the property's supplies, ensuring adequate stocks, and managing supply and service contracts approved by clients. Mitigating risks through emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans is also part of your mandate. You will actively participate in reviewing health and safety issues as they arise. Monitoring the property's budget is crucial in your role. You will be in charge of ensuring there is enough petty cash to support operations and that vendor invoice processes comply with standards. In this role, client satisfaction is paramount. You will take on challenging issues, seek opportunities for improvement, and work closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements. Conducting routine service audits, creating stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of property operations and hold a degree in business or hotel and building management. A minimum of three to five years of experience in facilities management and good working knowledge in occupational safety are required. Demonstrating aptitude in client-centric operations is essential. Additionally, you should have a solid background in team management, possessing leadership skills with a proven track record in managing a team. Effective rollout of improvement plans, superior communications, and reporting skills are crucial soft skills for success in this position.
