Company Description

QUEST Alliance is a not-for-profit trust that focuses on research-led innovation and advocacy in teaching and learning. The organization engages with multiple stakeholders to provide innovative and scalable solutions in education and vocational training using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The goal is to provide children and youth between the ages of 10-30 with real-world skills that prepare them for work and life.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Facilitator located in Surat. The Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various learning events, such as workshops, training sessions, and other programs that are designed to upskill youth and connect them with potential employers. Additionally, the Facilitator will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with partner organizations.

Qualifications

Experience in Education or Development sector
Experience in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large groups
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, or related field

Relevant experience in implementing training programs for youth and/or working with partner organizations will be an added advantage.
