Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with guidance from senior marketers.
Support in audience research, interest targeting, and building custom/lookalike audiences.
Coordinate with the design/content team to develop creatives and ad copies.
Learn to set up Facebook Pixel and track events on websites or landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and help generate weekly reports using Meta Ads Manager and Google Sheets.
Participate in A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audience segments.
Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.
Take ownership of learning assignments and actively apply knowledge to test campaigns.
Provide ideas to improve ad performance and suggest creative angles.
