Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Day-to-day tasks include audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and A/B testing for ad creatives. The role will also involve collaboration with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram Ads Management, including campaign creation, optimization, and audience segmentation
• Experience with Performance Tracking, A/B Testing, and Analytics Tools to measure and improve campaign outcomes
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Creativity to develop engaging ad creatives
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Trends
• Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and optimize ROI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the insurance industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
