Facebook Ads Specialist

As a Performance Marketer specializing in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid campaigns for a diverse range of clients at Blurbpoint Media. Located in Ahmedabad, you will work full-time from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, five days a week, as part of our dynamic team of over 100 marketers dedicated to driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and overseeing paid campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be tasked with setting up pixels, managing custom/lookalike audiences, and implementing effective bidding strategies like CPC, CPM, and AutoBid. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting compelling ad copy, conducting A/B tests on creatives, and continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in managing performance campaigns within a digital marketing agency. A deep understanding of Facebook Ads, Power Editor, and various analytics tools is essential. Strong communication, time management, and project handling skills are also crucial for success in this position.
