Role Overview:

We’re looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. Your goal? Maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), generate leads, and scale revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Sales, Traffic, Engagement).
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and bid adjustments for maximum conversions.
• Implement retargeting & lookalike audiences to boost performance.

Budget & Performance Management:

• Manage ad budgets efficiently to reduce CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and adjust strategies in real-time.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work with designers to create high-converting ad creatives.
• Test different ad formats (Carousels, Videos, Stories, Reels) for best results.

Client Communication:

• Explain performance metrics clearly to clients.

Suggest new strategies to scale successful campaigns.

Experience :
1-3 years experience running Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
