Digital Marketing Executive SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Executive/Specialist to join our company. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all digital marketing activities JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Executive KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, build, and maintain the social media presence. Optimize content for the website and social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences. Continuously track and measure performance at the campaign, ad set, and ad levels to provide actionable insights. Perform keyword research aligned with client business objectives to optimize current content and uncover new opportunities. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations for website structure and content optimization. Recommend and implement strategies for content development to achieve both general and keyword-specific SEO goals. Administer search engine programs such as XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, and webmaster tools for diagnostic reporting. Create and support marketing content for social media use, such as customer videos, case studies, blog posts, and curated content. Implement link-building campaigns aligned with SEO objectives. Assist in developing and executing content strategies for social communities in line with SEO goals. Stay up to date with SEO, search engine algorithms, social media trends, and digital marketing industry developments. Research and manage social media tools to support client strategies. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and reports; highlight key insights based on client goals. Evaluate search engine results and search performance across major channels. Communicate project development, timelines, and outcomes with the team and management. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve client goals. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for smooth execution and reporting. Submit reports to relevant stakeholders on time. Maintain consistent monitoring and execution of link-building campaigns. Ensure alignment with ongoing digital marketing trends and search engine developments. SKILLS: Required Skills SEO (Search Engine Optimization): On-page and off-page optimization Keyword research and analysis SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) Technical SEO (site structure, XML sitemaps, schema, etc.) Social Media Marketing: Hands-on experience with platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter Content planning and posting Social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) Content Marketing: Content creation and strategy Blog writing and formatting for SEO Coordination with design and copy teams Web Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics (GA4) UTM tracking Dashboard and KPI tracking Paid Advertising (Optional but valuable): Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Facebook/Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads Email Marketing & Automation: Tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot Campaign creation, segmentation, and analysis QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree 1-4 years of proven experience.
