Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Digital Marketing Associate to manage and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid campaigns, digital ad platforms, and analytics tools to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage paid campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
• Work on optimizing campaigns for conversions, leads, and fundraiser success.
• Brainstorm and test new strategies to attract people to start fundraisers.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats.
• Track and measure performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal tools.
• Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights.
• Explore AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for ad copy, content ideas & innovation.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets to track and report campaign performance.
• Create basic creatives using Canva or simple editing tools.

• A fresher or recent graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Curious, creative, and excited to experiment with new ideas.
• Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and open to learning new tools.
