Executive - Performance Marketing

Role Overview: As an Executive in Performance Marketing at HEXA, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads. You will work closely with other support functions to develop marketing materials and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum return on investment. Your role will involve identifying trends, insights, and implementing strategies to enhance performance. Additionally, you will be required to have superior knowledge of Paid Media tools and Analytics platforms, along with a strong understanding of various Digital Marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook Ads. - Coordinate with other support functions to develop marketing materials. - Manage and optimize paid search campaigns for optimal ROI. - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. - Utilize Paid Media tools and Analytics platforms effectively. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms like Facebook ads, Google ads, and other PPC Channels. - Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs. - Brainstorm and implement new growth strategies. - Proactively take ownership of work tasks. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. - Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing Concepts. - Strong creative and analytical skills.
