What you’ll do

• Build, launch, and

  optimize Meta campaigns across CBO and ABO structures.

• Set up and troubleshoot pixels, Events Manager, CAPI, and

  catalog/advantage+ shopping campaigns

  .
• Run full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) with clear KPI targets.
• Analyze

  CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and LTV

  to drive action-oriented insights.

• Execute creative testing

  (hooks, angles, formats) and iterate fast.
• Maintain clean tracking, naming conventions, and weekly reporting.

What you bring

• 1+ year of hands-on Meta Ads experience (

  not just courses).
• Strong grasp of CTC/CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and core KPIs.
• Confidence with pixel/CAPI, catalog feeds, event mapping, and policy basics.
• Clear understanding of marketing fundamentals: offer, audience, creative, funnel.
• Bonus: Basic Google Ads/GA4 knowledge and Excel/Sheets reporting.
