As a Facebook Ads Executive at Mohali 8B, your primary role will involve creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns with the objective of achieving specific marketing goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or product sales. You will conduct audience research to identify target demographics and interests for ad targeting. Implementing A/B Testing strategies to optimize performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Monitoring ad performance metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA) and adjusting campaigns accordingly will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with other members of the marketing team to integrate Facebook ads into overall marketing strategies and campaigns will also be essential. Staying updated on Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates will be necessary to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Providing regular reports and analysis on ad performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement is also expected. Managing ad budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve campaign goals within specified financial constraints is a key responsibility. Maintaining compliance with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines to ensure ad approval and avoid account penalties is crucial for this role.
