Job Title: Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Ads Expert with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring strong ROI and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Creation & Management

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Set up ad groups, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, and tracking.
• Create effective ad copies, creatives (with design team), and audience targeting.

2. Performance Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CTR, ROI, ROAS, and conversions.
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for better results.
• Adjust strategies based on analytics and industry trends.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.

4. Client & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for campaign requirements.
• Understand client goals and align campaigns accordingly.
• Communicate results, issues, and improvements regularly.

5. Platform Knowledge & Updates

• Stay updated with changes in Google & Meta advertising policies.
• Suggest innovative ad strategies to improve visibility and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising across Google & Meta platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads & YouTube Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversion Tracking.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
