Facade Senior Project Engineer

• Submit Survey Sketches of Elevations to Design Dept. Raise RFI to design Department/ Client Within a week of award of Project: Plan Site Setup: Requirement of Power, Water, Office, Store , Accommodation. Mock up setup: Purchase, Manpower, Tools Required. Place material requisitions for the same along with M.T.O. Within 25 days of award of Project Mock Up Approval . Create Phase wise Schedule of entire project based on W.O. Phase wise Material requisition list of the MTO with Purchase. Phase wise Manpower allocation plan with approval of GM/ Depty GM . Phase wise Tools/Equipment/Safety Equipments requirement Plan with approval of GM/Depty GM/ Safety Head. Submit all formats including: Daily Progress Reporting, Weekly progress report, G.R. Bills report, Daily attendance, Quality Checks, Stores report, Material Quality/Damaged/Rejected/Scrap reports, Works Completed report for Billing . Execution: Track the project progress with proactive judgments to maintain the schedule any delay due to any reason will be responsibility of the P.M. Attend all the meetings with client and sort out his concerns. Train work force for documentation control process and submit the documents to G.M.
