Faade Project Coordinator

Responsibilities :-

Project Coordination and Planning:

• Develop and manage the faade project schedule, ensuring all milestones are met in accordance with the overall construction timeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, and construction) and external stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors) to ensure timely project execution.

Budget Monitoring and Control:

• Assist in the development and management of the faade project budget, ensuring materials, labor, and other costs are within allocated limits.
• Track expenses and report any deviations from the budget, ensuring corrective actions are taken to maintain cost efficiency.

Cost Forecasting:

• Provide accurate cost forecasts throughout the project lifecycle, anticipating potential cost overruns and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Work with project managers and procurement teams to align material purchases and labor with the projects financial plan.

Project Scheduling and Coordination:

• Manage and update the faade project schedule to ensure all milestones are met, coordinating between design, procurement, and construction teams to avoid delays.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain effective communication between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and potential issues.

Issue Identification and Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential issues related to materials, schedule, or quality and take proactive steps to resolve them, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.

Key Software Skills:

• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project and Primavera for scheduling and tracking project progress.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power-point for data analysis, reporting, and tracking budgets and materials.
• Familiarity with other day-to-day software tools (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD) for documentation, communication, and project coordination.
