The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Coordinator - Facade design to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary coordination to ensure project success. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Coordinator - Lead based in Chennai.
• Work with Project Team to develop, drive, and implement project goals and project execution.
• Manage design, communications, and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
• Track project accomplishments
• Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project design process
• Attend project design meetings and do all project communications
• Coordinate with Client, Architects and Consultants
• Responsibilities include project planning and supervision, design review and optimization, collaboration with clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with design and construction standards.
• Candidates will also liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-quality facade solutions on time.
• Coordinate as per design workshop with all stake holders of the project.
• Coordinate with the BIM team and develop and create façade BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Follow international and internal BIM LOD standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Bachelor/ Diploma in Civil / Architecture disciplines
• Experience in the relevant field minimum 5 years
• Well versed in Revit able to complete models, tender drawings in a timely and quality manner
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit,
• will have an added advantage
• Hands on with MS Office products such as Excel and Word Experience in Revit Family creation.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of common construction terminology and nomenclature as well as various building types and systems.
