• Understand clients' BIM models and create Facade model in accordance
• Work planning and time estimation
• Design team capacity analysis and planning

• Optimized designs as per project requrements
• Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
• Understand the client's requirement
• Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
• Lead the 3D team
• Align organizational needs and team & individual growth

Candidate Profile:

Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge

• Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
• Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for self and the entire team
• Technical:
• Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
• Experience Minimum 3+ years experience in Faade design working in BIM environment. Exposure in MEpreferred
• Understanding of basic principles of Faade
• Understand the BIM requirements in Faade design
• Handle 3D creation if complex faade elements
• Understand clients 3D drawings and incorporation of Faade 3D models on it
• Knowledge of building design codes and international standards is an advantage
• ACad 2D & 3D, Inventor, Rivet and other 3D software used in building and construction industry.

• Good to have:

  Knowledge of analysis software like Ecotect, Revit & structural analysis SW like STAAD
