Fabrication Supervisor

You are an experienced Fabrication Supervisor with 3-4 years of expertise in CO2 (MIG) and Argon (TIG) welding processes. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day fabrication operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities include supervising and leading a team of welders and fabricators, monitoring welding projects, assigning tasks to teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, performing quality control checks on fabricated products, training team members on welding techniques, coordinating with project managers for timely delivery, troubleshooting welding issues, maintaining documentation, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring availability of necessary materials. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, expertise in CO2 (MIG) and Argon (TIG) welding, previous supervisory experience, knowledge of welding techniques and tools, ability to interpret technical drawings, familiarity with safety standards in a fabrication environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
