Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our Fabrication Department. The role involves handling fabrication processes, preparing and feeding designs into CNC/INC machines, supervising production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fabrication designs and drawings using CAD software.
• Feed and program designs into CNC/INC machines for fabrication processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Plan, supervise, and execute fabrication activities for structures, assemblies, and components.
• Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Oversee cutting, welding, bending, machining, and assembly operations.
• Monitor and maintain fabrication equipment, tools, and machines.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain production records, job cards, and material consumption reports.
• Ensure timely completion of fabrication jobs within given deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environment (SHE) guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in fabrication / CNC machine operation / heavy engineering.
• Knowledge of CNC/INC machine programming and operation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.) and material handling.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication tools, machines, and measuring instruments.
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
