Job Description

Plan, schedule, and supervise fabrication operations for equipment.
Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure correct fabrication methods and dimensions.
Allocate resources, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Ensure quality checks at every stage to meet product standards and client requirements.
Implement and maintain safety practices as per industry and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and assembly teams for smooth workflow and material availability.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and reduce wastage.
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Maintain records of production, material usage, and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.

Experience from heavy engineering company is preferred
