Fabrication Engineer

You should have knowledge of construction equipment and crushers, which is preferable for this role. Picson Construction Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a prominent manufacturer of heavy construction and mining machinery, specializing in crushers, sand making machines, screens, feeders, washing plants, and washing systems. Your responsibilities will include supervising the fabrication of crushers, screens, feeders, sand-making machines, and washing systems, ensuring that all activities are carried out according to engineering drawings and quality standards. You will also need to coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery, manage a team of fitters, welders, and machine operators on the shop floor, and maintain safety, discipline, and efficiency in daily operations. To be considered for this position, you should have an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Fabrication Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy fabrication, preferably in the manufacturing of crushing equipment. Proficiency in reading technical/fabrication drawings and managing shop floor tasks, as well as strong leadership and communication skills, are essential. Male candidates are preferred for this role, and those with machinery/metal knowledge are highly preferred. The company offers canteen facilities and free bus services. The job timings are from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, located at Por GIDC, Vadodara. The required education is a Diploma/BE in Mechanical, and the salary ranges from 30,000.00 to 45,000.00 per month.
