Job Description

Create and modify CAD designs (DXF, DWG formats) for plasma cutting using software such as AutoCAD, or similar. Import CAD files into CAM software (like FastCAM, SheetCAM, or similar) and generate tool paths. Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut steel, aluminum, and other metal plates. Ensure proper machine calibration, maintenance, and operation to produce parts within required tolerances. Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy. Optimize nesting for maximum material utilization and minimum wastage. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or programming errors. Maintain clean and organized workstation, complying with safety standards and procedures. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of components. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
