Fabric Manager

The role of Fabric Manager is a full-time hybrid position based in Ludhiana, offering some work-from-home flexibility. As the Fabric Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control procedures, managing procurement processes for textiles, and ensuring effective team coordination. Your duties will also involve negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective procurement and upholding high fabric quality standards across the supply chain. To excel in this role, you must have experience in Quality Control and Textiles, possess skills in Procurement and Negotiation, demonstrate Team Management abilities, and exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Clothing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in knitwear or garment manufacturing would be advantageous.,
