Fabric Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the entire process from Yarn Purchase Order to Dyed fabric inward to the warehouse. Your role will require a strong knowledge of Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, and Compacting processes. Effective coordination with various departments such as Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Merchandising, and Garment Production is essential for successful execution of economic and productive Production plans. Your primary focus will be on Batch scheduling based on dyeing timelines, minimizing fabric re-processing, and ensuring problem-free dyeing by checking dye lab recipes. Providing real-time feedback to departments, arranging training and motivation for production and quality teams, and ensuring environmental safety are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to make accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the process from Yarn PO to Dyed fabric inward to the warehouse - Coordinate effectively with Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Merchandising, and Garment Production departments - Execute economic and productive Production plans - Minimize fabric re-processing and ensure problem-free dyeing - Provide real-time feedback to departments and arrange training for teams - Ensure environmental safety and daily fabric production planning - Make accurate and timely decisions for troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - A degree-level qualification in Textile Engineering - Textile Quality Assurance leadership experience in a vertically integrated textile/apparel production environment - Knowledge of process improvement practices, tools, and techniques - Strong Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills - Maintain high fabric quality standards and lead the Fabric QA team Please note that the company offers Health insurance and Provident Fund as benefits.
