Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Service Associate located at our Munnar resort. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for attending to guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and assisting in the overall dining experience of guests. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good Analytical and Finance-related skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in different shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus
