F and B controller

As a Food Inventory Controller, your role will involve maintaining the food inventory updated on a daily basis in collaboration with the Provision Master. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting spot-checks on the Kitchens rotating stock-takes. - Checking storing operations on the pier to ensure smooth operations. - Inputting all requisitions into the computer system. - Controlling and ensuring that no item leaves the stores without proper requisition. - Accounting for any stock transfer between onboard locations. - Auditing Physical Stocks to maintain accuracy. - Preparing a voyage report at the end of each cruise, to be signed by the F&B Manager and sent to the shore side office. - Supervising and managing the day-to-day responsibilities listed above. - Running end-of-day checks on all workstations and distributing daily production reports as required. - Feeding figures into spreadsheets for control functions and reviewing undefined accounts. - Addressing computer problems as they arise. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in food inventory management or related field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in computer systems and spreadsheets. This is a Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location is in person.
