As an EY-Parthenon - Corporate Finance Intern, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams, working alongside professionals to deliver insights and advice to clients on strategies to raise, invest, preserve, and optimize their capital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deep dive study of financial statements and related schedules - Preparation of financial statements and analysis of financial and operational results of target companies - Preparation of a summary of findings - Identification and communication of key deal issues affecting purchase price or deal structure - Execution of diligence engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness - Understanding of basic valuation techniques **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Ability to prepare graphs and analyze and present information - Attention to detail - Strong analytical capabilities - Timely communication with Project Manager and practice offices - Excellent written and oral communication skills **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Post Graduate in Management with specialization in Finance - 0-6 months of experience in statuary audit, internal audit, and financial statement preparation - Good exposure to finance areas **Additional Details About the Company:** At EY, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals with commercial acumen, technical experience, and a thirst for learning.
