EYP-TD-Associate Manager

Key

• Lead key aspects of financial due diligence engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Perform in-depth diligence adjustments, including quality of earnings, working capital review, and financial trend analyses.

• Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery.

• Support and present during management meetings by leading allocated sections.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and risks.

• Apply sector specialization knowledge (preferred in 12 industries) to enhance client value.

• Assist in preparing structured reports, data visualizations, and executive-level presentations.

• Contribute to building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.

Qualifications Experience

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience in transaction diligence or related advisory services preferred.

• Exposure to financial modeling and commercial due diligence is a plus.
