Key

• Execute end-to-end financial due diligence engagements, including diligence adjustments and transaction support.

• Manage simultaneous projects with accountability for quality, timeliness, and insights delivery.

• Lead and present key sections during client and management discussions.

• Analyze financial statements in line with IFRS and other technical standards.

• Foster strong internal and external client relationships with clear communication and business understanding.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business development initiatives.

• Mentor junior staff, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and performance guidance.

• Utilize data tools and automation solutions to enhance diligence outcomes.

Skills Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power BI, GenAI and related digital tools.

• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven team-handling ability with a high level of accountability.

• Sector specialization in 12 industries preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
