EYP Facilitator

Role Overview: As an Early Years Programme (EYP) Facilitator at The Shri Ram Academy in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to implement the EYP curriculum, design engaging learning activities suitable for young children, assess student progress, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Collaboration with colleagues and parents to ensure overall student development will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Implement the Early Years Programme (EYP) curriculum effectively - Create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for children - Monitor and assess student progress to facilitate individual development - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment for a conducive learning atmosphere - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students" overall growth Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Early Years education and child development - Ability to proficiently implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues - Capability to establish and sustain a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Relevant educational qualifications such as a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - A passion for teaching and nurturing young minds - Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages would be advantageous,
