Position : Early Years Curriculum Developer Location : Bangalore (On-site, Full-time) Experience Required : 5+ years in Early Years curriculum development, 2+ years in pre-primary teaching (preferably in an international curriculum setting) About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Curriculum Developer to join our dynamic early education team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child-centered pedagogy, particularly in frameworks such as Waldorf, Reggio Emilia , or the Primrose method , and will be committed to designing individualized learning experiences that nurture each child s development, interests, and needs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop developmentally appropriate and engaging early years curriculum. Apply principles of child psychology to support age-appropriate teaching strategies and learning objectives. Create individualized curriculum plans tailored to each child s interests, learning style, and developmental needs. Collaborate with early childhood educators to implement and adapt curriculum in the classroom. Evaluate and continuously improve curriculum effectiveness based on observations, feedback, and outcomes. Promote inquiry-based, hands-on learning in alignment with child-centric philosophies. Maintain clear documentation of curriculum goals, assessments, and individualized learning progress. Ensure all content aligns with international standards and holistic education practices. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Years curriculum development. Proven work experience with Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, or Primrose methods of teaching. 2+ years of classroom teaching experience in a pre-primary setting (preferably with international curriculum exposure). Educational background in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Qualification and/or experience as a Child Psychologist is a strong plus . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of child development principles and learning styles. Creative, adaptable, and empathetic with a passion for early childhood education. Additional Requirements Must currently reside in Bangalore . Should be willing and able to travel to school premises daily using their own mode of transportation . This is a full-time on-site role; remote or part-time options are not available.
