Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 11 years of industry experience to lead our migration of data analytics environment from Teradata to Snowflake, focusing on performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in big data engineering and hands-on experience with Snowflake. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the migration of data analytics environments from Teradata to Snowflake, emphasizing performance and reliability. Design and deploy big data pipelines in a cloud environment using Snowflake Cloud DW. Develop and migrate existing on-prem ETL routines to Cloud Services. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and contribute to workstream delivery. Design and optimize model codes for faster execution. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data analytics solutions. ### Job Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architect on Analytics solutions. Strong technical experience with Snowflake, including modeling, schema, and database design. Experience integrating with third-party tools, ETL, and DBT tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Flexible and proactive working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. A computer science graduate or equivalent is required.
