About the Role: Intern BI Engineering

Exponentia.ai is launching the AI Talent Accelerator Program , a 6 12-month career accelerator designed for recent experienced graduates who want to specialize in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization .

This program combines structured training with hands-on enterprise projects, providing exposure to BI platforms, data modelling, reporting automation, and AI-driven analytics solutions . Graduates who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time BI Engineer role at Exponentia.ai .

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Perform data modeling, ETL, and data preparation to support reporting needs.
Gain expertise in Qlik and advanced analytics integrations.
Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on real-world enterprise use cases.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reporting solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from reputed institutions or top universities preferred.
- Minimum 8.0 CGPA (or equivalent academic performance).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and basic Python for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with BI platform (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL, and data modeling.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Soft Skills:
- High learning ability and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with ownership and accountability.
Commitment:
- Willingness to commit internship for 6 months (training + internship).
- Openness to transition into a full-time BI Engineer role post successful completion of internship.
