Role Responsibilities

• Act as a Core DBA with strong experience in GoldenGate and database migrations.
  
• Work directly with customers and provide expert technical support.
  
• Participate in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Drive improvements in product quality and customer experience.
  
• Consult with customers on complex Oracle product usage.
  
• Deliver knowledge transfer through training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  
• Create and review Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
  
• Analyze workloads and implement best practices to improve productivity.
  
• Contribute to team efficiency by sharing knowledge, best practices, and developing tools/utilities.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  database architecture and administration

• Experience with

  cloud technologies

  across different vendors.
• Thorough understanding of

  Oracle database features

• Extensive hands-on experience with

  large database management systems

• Expertise in:

  Backup & Recovery

• Performance Tuning: Parallel queries, query tuning, partitioning.

  experience (Mandatory).

• Database migration

• Experience with

  Oracle Enterprise Manager

• Exposure to

  Engineered Systems (Exadata)

  is a plus.
• Good understanding of

Qualifications

• Oracle OCP DBA certification preferred.
