Job Summary:

Bhalla International, a leading global manufacturer of sports equipment under the brand name VINEX, is seeking an experienced PVC Fabrication Extrusion Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our PVC extrusion and fabrication line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, equipment performance, and team supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the PVC extrusion team to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the extrusion and fabrication processes.
• Monitor extrusion machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet customer and industry standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely upkeep and repair of machines.
• Train new operators and improve skills of existing team members.
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and material usage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in PVC extrusion manufacturing unit.
• Strong knowledge of PVC processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Hands-on experience with extrusion machines, fabrication tools, and measuring instruments.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Competitive salary based on experience + benefits as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
