As we expand our operations, we are looking to hire an Accounts Executive to support our finance team and help drive the financial operations of the company. Job Overview: The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the manufacturing or sports industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software. Advanced skills in Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is an advantage. Why Join Bhalla International?
