External Warehouse Officer

Role & responsibilities:

• Candidate is expected to do unloading supervision of incoming vehicles as well as outgoing containers.

• To handle inbound and outbound activities carried out at external warehouse, Jejuri.

• Document scrutiny for incoming receipts and updation of related files
• Preparation of Stock Identification Tags and to conduct 100% Physical verification (unloading supervision) of all the incoming receipts.
• Communication to all concerned for receipt of damaged goods, follow-up for replacement and accounting of the same.
• Preparation of GRN in SAP for the vehicles unloaded in a day.
• Preparation of dispatch documents for transfer of FG to CWH or plant and vehicle loading supervision.
• Completion of pre-shipment documents in SAP (Up to Export Invoice generation)
• Pre-stuffing container inspection ,loading supervision and related activities
• Arrangement of COAs to the External agency inspectors and documentation team at Pawnee.
• Ensuring on-time filing of documents such as Stock Transfer Challans, COAS, Inspection Reports, Container loading documents.
• To carry out periodical physical verification of stocks and preparation of monthly reports.
• Ensuring availability of container documents and reports to internal customers.
• Online updation of GMP records related to warehouse as per defined frequency.
• Daily & monthly MIS reporting.
• Ensuring adherence to the SOPs prepared related to warehouse activities.
• Ensuring maintenance of overall warehouse cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensuring proper storage of goods as per prescribed storage condition & stacking norms.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Pharma/B.Sc/B.com
• 1-3 years of experience(Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and activities)
• Skills-Eagerness to learn, time management, Initiative
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Excel knowledge.
• Teamwork, problem-solving, communication, self-motivation.
