We are looking for an experienced Manager Pricing to join our freight forwarding team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in pricing across air, ocean, and land freight. This role requires strong analytical skills, market awareness, and coordination with carriers and internal teams to deliver competitive and profitable pricing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land). Handle RFQs, tenders, and spot pricing requests. Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations for accurate pricing. Maintain pricing tools and generate reports for management. Desired profile: Minimum 8 years in freight forwarding with a focus on pricing. Strong knowledge of global freight rate structures and carrier negotiations. Proficient in MS Excel and pricing software. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
