External Reporting Controller - Analyst

As an External Reporting Analyst in the Finance team, you will play a crucial role in defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm. Your responsibilities will involve partnering across the organization to provide oversight and strategic analysis of financial statements and management reporting. The team ensures a sound control environment, applies accounting treatments effectively, and ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Your role will include consolidating, reviewing, and analyzing financial data, coordinating data collection, and communicating financial information effectively. - Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness - Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various teams - Communicate financial information to stakeholders and identify potential issues - Adhere to proof & control procedures for accurate reconciliation between regulatory filings - Establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Participate in continuous improvement efforts for data quality and reporting projects Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant/ MBA with a minimum of 1 year experience - Exposure to accounting, financial statements, and regulatory reporting - Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, locations, and businesses - Proficiency in Excel and computer skills - Strong analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or SEC/Regulatory reporting - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance would be a plus,
