Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Exterior 3D Modeler. The Exterior 3D Modeler will be responsible for designing, creating, and rendering high-quality 3D exterior models for various industry projects. Core responsibilities include developing accurate spatial designs, optimizing models for interactive applications, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and client specifications. The role involves envisioning innovative designs that align with emerging technologies in immersive experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Exterior towers / high-rise

Landscape & clubhouse

roads, pathways, street elements

• Working accurately from Architecture CAD files

Requirements:

✔ 2–3 years experience in Architectural 3D Modeling

✔ Strong in 3ds Max

✔ Solid portfolio with real project work

✔ Clean topology & production-ready models

• ✔ V-Ray / Corona knowledge is a plus
