Job Description

Job Description:

This role will serve as the subject-matter expert on the Extensiv platform, bridging the gap between warehouse personnel, IT, and leadership to ensure smooth order management, system optimization, and operational scalability. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), 3PL workflows, and integration of Extensiv with ERP, OMS, and carrier platforms. This person will also provide hands-on support and training to 3PL personnel, ensuring adoption and best practices are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Optimization:
- Configure, manage, and optimize Extensiv (3PL Warehouse Manager) to support order routing, inventory accuracy, and client requirements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues impacting order flow, ASN compliance, or invoicing.

Integration & Data Management:
- Support integrations between Extensiv and ERP (BlueCherry), OMS (Koerber), EDI (Celigo), and shipping platforms.
- Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth data flows across systems.

User Support & Training:
- Serve as the primary support contact for warehouse staff, account managers, and client services teams using Extensiv.
- Conduct training sessions, create SOPs, and run refresher workshops for 3PL personnel.

Operational Excellence:
- Partner with operations to enhance efficiency in pick/pack/ship workflows, billing automation, and reporting dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into Extensiv configurations and reporting tools.

Project & Vendor Coordination:
- Work with Extensiv support and Komar s IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on scalability and reducing manual touchpoints.

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Extensiv (formerly 3PL Central) or equivalent WMS.

Strong knowledge of 3PL workflows, warehouse operations, and EDI compliance.

Experience supporting integrations with ERP, OMS, and shipping/carrier systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to train and support non-technical warehouse personnel preferred.

Prior experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods distribution.

Familiarity with BlueCherry ERP, Koerber OMS, and Celigo integrations.

SQL or reporting tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, Extensiv Reporting).

Change management and training program design experience.
