Job description: We are seeking a mid-level UI/UX Developer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles with hands-on front-end development skills and an eye for design consistency. Basic development knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React is expected. Familiarity with REST APIs and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand user stories and translate them into visual experiences.Create user flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to demonstrate design ideas.Contribute to building and maintaining a UI design system or component library.Convert designs into interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/TypeScript.Create reusable UI components and maintain frontend code for scalability.Ensure all interfaces are responsive and accessible across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).Understand basic API documentation and collaborate with backend developers for integration.Consume REST APIs to bind dynamic data into UI components.Handle asynchronous data and manage UI loading states and error handling gracefully.Collaborate with Power Apps developers to align UI/UX across custom pages or canvas apps.Support Power Automate flows by ensuring clean and consistent front-end interactions.Assist in designing and integrating SharePoint-based UI components where required.Use browser dev tools and console logging for debugging front-end issues.Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistent behavior.Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, demos.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, and UX Designers.Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery with high quality.Work with stakeholders to gather feedback from usability testing or live users.Suggest UI improvements or alternate design patterns based on user behavior and analytics.Maintain UI documentation and update style guides and component references.
