Experience: 5+ years in export operations and customer handling

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Exports Operations Manager to manage end-to-end export activities for leading global OEM clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in documentation, customer communication, and export compliance, and will work closely with a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete export documentation and regulatory compliance

Manage PO-to-payment cycle with global customers

Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain customer relationships and respond to queries promptly

Analyze shipment data and export performance using Excel

Support sales/marketing efforts for international business

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in exports and documentation

Strong customer handling and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

International Marketing experience is preferred
