Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist for the Exports team, your role will involve providing technical assistance and documentation to support the export activities of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing product technical specifications, compliance certificates, and export documentation to ensure the smooth export of products. - Coordinating with the production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Research & Development (R&D) teams to guarantee timely dispatch and product readiness for export. - Assisting in addressing customer queries regarding technical details, installation procedures, and product usage to ensure customer satisfaction. - Compiling tender and bidding documentation for overseas markets to secure business opportunities. - Facilitating seamless coordination between the logistics, sales, and customer service teams to fulfill export orders efficiently. Additionally, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund as part of the employment package. The work location for this role is in person.
