Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage export sales operations to achieve revenue targets for Africa region.
  • Develop and execute strategies for international business development, focusing on new markets and products.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service levels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategy.

  • 10-20 years of experience in export sales or related field (agro commodities).
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
