Export Sales and Marketing Executive

Export Sales

• Identify and develop new international buyers, distributors, and B2B customers.

• Handle inquiries and generate leads through portals like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportHub.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas buyers.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients for repeat and long-term business.

Export Operations & Documentation

• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth execution of export orders.

• Prepare and manage export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, LC, BL, GR, COO, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with export regulations and buyer country-specific requirements.

Marketing & Business Development

• Support in developing marketing strategies for international markets.

• Prepare product brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and international demand patterns.

• Manage Rajashree’s brand presence on B2B platforms and social media.

• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.

Pay: ₹8,995.72 - ₹32,121.91 per month
