EXPORT OPERATIONS EXCECUTIVE

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Operations Executive located in Vadodara. The Export Operations Executive will manage and coordinate end-to-end export documentation, shipment execution, and communication with buyers, shipping lines, CHA, suppliers, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth export operations with accuracy, timely documentation, and compliance with international trade requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and a thorough understanding of document requirements for international shipping
• Experience in handling Import/Export Operations, including coordinating freight and logistics
• Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills for dealing with clients and resolving queries
• Knowledge of both Export and Import procedures and regulations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in export management is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Com, BBA, or related).
