As a Manager - Exports Operations at Aypols Polymers Pvt. Ltd., your role involves handling and responding to overseas business inquiries, generating leads, preparing quotations and consignment details, coordinating with customers, maintaining smooth communication with international clients, supporting documentation and shipment coordination, and assisting in building long-term customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Digital Marketing segment of Overall Products. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and respond to overseas business inquiries. - Lead Generation and Identification of New Export Customers through Market research and handling of Existing Leads and Customers. - Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations, and consignment details. - Coordinate with customers and fix meetings for the Exports Manager. - Maintain smooth communication with international clients and internal teams. - Support documentation, shipment coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery. - Assist in building long-term customer relationships and expanding export markets. - Handling the Digital Marketing segment of Overall Products. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 Years Experience in relevant operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & spoken English a must). - Prior exposure to handling export inquiries and documentation preferred. - Strong coordination and organizational abilities. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
