You are invited to join our team as an Export Sales Coordinator cum Export Business Development Executive in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing export sales operations and identifying new business opportunities in the international market. Your role is essential in driving the global growth of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating export sales activities such as order processing, quotation preparation, and ensuring timely product delivery. You will work closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment. Additionally, you will handle export documentation, monitor shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. In terms of business development, you will be tasked with identifying and targeting new international markets and clients to drive business expansion. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners will be crucial. You will conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the global market. Furthermore, participation in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events will be required to promote our products. Effective communication with clients and partners is essential in this role. You will provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Regular sales reports and market analysis will be part of your responsibilities to inform management of business trends and opportunities. Your input in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance export sales will be valuable. As a potential candidate, a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a strong interest in international business are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English, strong organizational skills, and basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation are desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
